		<description>I agree, Renee!  While social networking can be a great teacher and a great opportunity for careers, it&#039;s the &quot;social&quot; and &quot;networking&quot; experiences that keep me coming back for more.

This is especially true since I work from home, surrounded only by my cats.  Sometimes (especially lately, with the cold, snowy weather) I don&#039;t leave the house for days.  But thanks to social media, I feel I am surrounded by friends and colleagues -- who are there for me 24/7.

One of my clever Facebook friends said this about Facebook:  

It&#039;s the new &quot;Hotel California.&quot;  

&lt;i&gt;You can check out any time you like,
But you can never leave!&lt;/i&gt;
